For nearly 40 years, TrimLine has provided quality custom windows for use in replacement, remodeling, new construction and historically certified rehabilitation projects. TrimLine offers a wide
variety of products including double hung, casement, bow, bay, awning, picture windows, and sash replacement kits, as well as round top, elliptical and other architectural window products.
Custom colors in either all wood or aluminum clad exteriors and interior hardwoods of oak, cherry, and mahogany are available. Custom extruded panning systems and other trim accessories plus, a
variety of simulated divided light as well as authentic true divided lite profiles, and replication of mullion details are some of our custom capabilities.
Legends DR200 shown in optional oak interior with simulated divided lite and polished brass hardware.
All Trimline windows are made of the finest quality solid western pine ready for paint or stain and are also available in select hardwoods of oak, cherry and mahogany. All hardwoods used in the
window are of actual solid stock not thin veneers or laminates.
The TrimLine DR200 is constructed with a 3 ¼" jamb for a retrofit installation into the sash pocket of existing wood window frames. Virtually identical to a vinyl window installation, the DR200 is truly a replacement window.
The TrimLine DR300 is made with a 4 9/16" jamb for replacement applications requiring complete tear-outs down to a frame or masonary opening. With a snap-in nailing fin, the DR300 is ready for new construction.
Both the DR200 and DR300 can be furnished with factory applied extension jambs making it the ideal choice of window for either replacement/remodeling or new construction.
TrimLine offers quality wood window products, which are comparable in design, appearance, construction and performance to the major national wood window
manufacturers, while priced as a competitive alternative.
Since 1964, Trimline Windows has produced quality custom aluminum clad wood windows for replacement, remodeling and new construction.
All TrimLine windows are custom made on the 1/8" in width and height. Standard and custom jamb depths combined with custom size make TrimLine windows suitable for replacement, remodeling and new construction.
TrimLine Windows offers the Ultra-Fit Sash Pac sash replacement window system. Unlike typical wood sash replacement window systems, which merely provide a pair of loose
compression style jambliners, the Ultra-Fit design unitizes its jambliner with a low profile head and sill plate, thereby ensuring a factory controlled sash opening.
The Ultra-Fit jambliner features a flexible blind stop flap to ensure a tight fitting weatherseal, while providing a seamless transition from the old window frame.
Custom made on every 1/8", the unit, which is field assembled, is installed in a similar manner as a conventional replacement window. Once the unit is secured in the opening the jambliner can be
adjusted to remove any hour-glassing or bowing-out through the use of a specialized jamb adjusting screw.
The system employs the same E-Z Tilt sash, block and tackle balance system and hardware, as well as other available options on the Legend Series clad wood double
hung replacement window. In addition, all wood and arched head sash with True Divided Lites are also available with this system.

Construction
Solid-wood construction offers outstanding insulating qualities-in fact, wood provides 1,100 times the insulating value of aluminum.
Timline windows meet or exceed the Department of Energy's ENERGY STAR® standards. That energy-efficient performance can mean substantial savings on your heating and cooling bills.
ENERGY STAR®, windows are twice as efficient as the average windows manufactured just ten years ago. And money isn't all you're saving by purchasing products that use less energy - you're also helping to save the environment

Health Benefits
Super Spacer® technology dramatically reduces the amount of window condensation, which contributes to mold growth, whose occurrence is more and more being linked to child asthma, respiratory
illness, allergies and outbreaks of fungal diseases.
Super Spacer® & Warm Edge Technology
Today more than ever, homeowners are replacing their old worn out windows with energy efficient replacement windows. Poorly insulated windows can attribute up to 25% of a building's heating and cooling loads.
In order to overcome the thermal inefficiency of conventional aluminum spacers, a new type of spacer product has evolved in the industry called 'warm-edge technology.' Warm-edge refers to the type of spacer material used to separate the panes of glass (or glazing) in an insulated window unit.
The world's warmest edge occurs with Super Spacer®, an insulating foam spacer whose use allows for comfortable humidity levels and the least likelihood of condensation, mold and other problems.
